Hello!

I'm Natalia

A Future Leaders Award winner, women’s health speaker and founder of The Limitless Collective.

Twice recognised on the Dean's List for UCL's Faculty of Brain Sciences, I have 10+ years experience leading happy, high-performing teams and multi-million pound client portfolios for some of the UK’s top advertising agencies.

Diagnosed with a connective tissue disorder aged 21, I learnt (the hard way) that health is the absolute foundation for high achievement – re-building my confidence and carving out a successful career, whilst radically improving my wellbeing and quality of life.

Now I’m helping other ambitious, high-performing women build the skills, strategies and confidence that helped me change my story – so they can change theirs too.

Is this suitable for women with health conditions / disabilities?

Yes, my programme is a great fit if you have any health condition that makes you more conscious of your wellbeing, how your work / lifestyle affects it and vice versa.


For example:

  • Musculoskeletal conditions e.g. Chronic pain, Fibromyalgia, pelvic pain and Hypermobility / Ehlers-Danlos syndrome

  • Autonomic disorders, including POTS

  • Women’s health conditions e.g. Endometriosis, PCOS

  • Gut health issues, such as IBS or SIBO

  • Migraines or chronic headaches

  • Cystic Fibrosis

  • Chronic Fatigue

  • Diabetes

  • Neurodivergence

  • I have experience with many of these myself and wider experience with clients who have other conditions.


    I don’t pretend to know everything about every condition – you are the expert on you, and I treat you as such! In my experience though, there are many shared challenges, along with many common skills and strategies that are effective for managing them whilst creating a full, successful life and career.


    It’s with this holistic understanding that I'll support you to thrive, both personally and professionally.

    Can I work 1:1 with you through Access To Work? (UK only)

    Yes! If you're based in the UK and have a disability or health condition, you may be eligible for an Access To Work grant (whether you're employed, or run your own business).


    My 1:1 programme is specifically designed to help you work in alignment with your wellbeing, especially if you're dealing with health challenges or disabilities. Together, we'll develop the strategies that get you feeling and performing at your best – so you can build the career you're truly capable of.


    If you’ve not yet applied, we can refer you to a partner who'll guide you through the process and make sure you get the right support (for free!).

    What’s the time commitment?

    I typically work with women who are managing busy lives and careers – often alongside health challenges and family.


    My programme was designed with this in mind, giving you enough time to put things into practise whilst maintaining momentum.


    As a rough guide, the time commitment is your 1 hour regular coaching session (online), plus the time to complete any actions we set for you to do between sessions. We will be guided by you and what’s manageable.


    Ultimately, it’s applying these skills and strategies in real life that will make the biggest, lasting changes. This means you’ll get out what you put in – so it’s important you can commit a little time each week to progress towards your goals.

    I'm feeling a little lost with my life/career, can you still help?

    Absolutely – this is more common than you might think!


    Most of us are never taught to think about the life we want to create, only the job we want to do. Yet our jobs have a disproportionate effect on how we live our day to day lives. This leaves many women feeling lost and directionless – unsure of the path they’re on (or worse, hating it) but not knowing “what else”, or having the confidence to pivot if they do.


    That's why clarity is the first step in my method. The programme is tailored to you and your goals, so we can dedicate as much time to this stage as you need.

    Are the sessions online?

    Yes, sessions all take place online so they fit into your schedule easily – no matter where you live!
